Eva founded Circular Living in Santa Cruz, California, in 2017. After years in natural health and beauty retail, she couldn’t find skincare that was both plastic-free and free of harsh chemicals, so she began studying plants and their healing history and making her own, first for herself, friends and family.

Everything is made by hand in small batches with certified organic, non-GMO and fair trade ingredients, cold-pressed plant butters and steam-distilled essential oils. She leaves out vulnerable and endangered plants like frankincense and sandalwood, packages in glass with compostable labels, ships plastic-free, and gives at least 1% of quarterly profits to nonprofits. Her Babe in the Woods line is made for pregnancy, postpartum and little ones.
